Request motor vehicle history reports for employees at the Ford Ice Center whose job duties require driving.Review and audit background checks for new hires and alert the Senior Director of Human Resources as well as the Legal department to any items flagged on a report, administering adverse action notices where appropriate.Maintain all Ford Ice Center employee files, including personnel, benefits, I-9, and workers compensation, ensuring paperwork is routed to Bridgestone Arena in a timely manner.Responsible for tracking part time employee of the month nominations and prizes.Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding for all FIC staff, working closely with Director of Recruiting & Development throughout the onboarding process.In conjunction with the Director of Recruiting & Talent Development, oversee recruiting for part time roles for both Ford Ice Centers (Antioch and Bellevue), including but not limited to reviewing job descriptions, updating, distribution of all postings, responding to candidate inquiries, completing onboarding process, and assisting in FIC job fairs.Fully remote/hybrid work is not an option, as this role requires you to be on-site, though we do offer regular work from home opportunities!
